1. General Conditions

PRASI AURA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

2. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Each PRASI AURA candle is individually hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and natural wicks. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

• Minor variations in color, texture, or wax surface (such as natural soy frosting) are normal characteristics of pure soy wax and not defects.
• Burn times specified are estimates based on proper wick trimming and candle care guidelines.

3. Pricing, Currency & Payment Terms

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include applicable GST taxes unless specified otherwise.

• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We support Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• Orders will only be dispatched after payment authorization is verified by Razorpay.

4. Order Acceptance & Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order for reasons including inventory stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Free Shipping: Valid on orders with a net total of ₹1000 or higher.
• Flat Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹1000 incur a standard flat shipping fee of ₹150.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery tracking numbers are generated upon courier dispatch.

5. Promotional Offers & Coupons

Promotional coupon codes and sitewide discounts are subject to specific validity periods and maximum usage limits. Coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly specified.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, product photography, candle names, and designs, is the property of PRASI AURA and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

PRASI AURA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of our candles or failure to follow safe candle burning instructions (e.g. leaving burning candles unattended, placing near flammable objects, or failing to trim wicks).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
